House Rules
Please read these facility rules before moving in and follow staff instructions when visiting.
- Arrange after-hours access in advance during office hours.
- Provide a completed lease agreement, a copy of your ID or passport, and proof of address before taking occupation.
- Locks and packing materials are available to purchase.
- No smoking is allowed on the premises.
- Please familiarise yourself with the disclaimer boards at the facility.
- Ask staff for assistance before operating the goods hoist.
- Switch off common-area lights after use.
- Payments received after the 4th of the month attract a penalty fee, as set out in the reservation form.

Before You Move In
- Download, complete and sign the lease agreement for your branch.
- Prepare a copy of your ID or passport and proof of address. Ask the team whether any additional documents are needed for your application.
- Send your signed agreement and supporting documents to the team.
- Arrange payment before moving in and confirm your move-in date.
- Bring a padlock or buy one at the facility.
- Arrange insurance for your stored goods; it is not included in the rental.
- Read the House Rules and arrange any after-hours access during office hours.
